DND शिकायत — 1909 | Spam Calls और SMS बंद करें India

TRAI द्वारा maintained DND (Do Not Disturb) registry mobile subscribers को unwanted promotional calls और SMS block करने देती है। Register होने के बाद telemarketers संपर्क नहीं कर सकते और violations report और penalise किए जा सकते हैं।
DND register करने के लिए: अपने mobile से 1909 call करें (free) या 1909 पर START DND SMS भेजें। All commercial communications या specific categories block कर सकते हैं। DND registration 7 working days में effective होती है।
7 working days DND पर रहने के बाद भी unwanted calls या SMS आएं तो spam call या message मिलने के 3 दिन के अंदर complaint file करें। 3-day window TRAI rules के अनुसार strict है, इसलिए जल्दी काम करें। File करने के लिए: 1909 call करके IVR follow करें, या <a href="https://sancharsaathi.gov.in" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">sancharsaathi.gov.in</a> पर Sanchar Saathi portal में Chakshu से report करें। Spam की date, time और number या sender header चाहिए।
Registered header से आए bulk SMS spam को Sanchar Saathi पर report करें — TRAI sender को fine और operator को warn कर सकती है। DND violation शिकायतों पर कार्रवाई आपके telecom operator की जिम्मेदारी है।
Operator कार्रवाई न करे तो <a href="https://sancharsaathi.gov.in" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">sancharsaathi.gov.in पर TRAI Sanchar Saathi</a> से escalate करें। Consumer court: <a href="https://edaakhil.nic.in" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">edaakhil.nic.in</a>।
