Business connections के लिए SLA violations पर आपके contract के अनुसार service credits मिल सकते हैं — specific terms के लिए अपना service agreement review करें। Normal customer support से हल न हो तो अपने TTBS Relationship Manager या Regional Business Head को escalate करें।
TTBS, TRAI द्वारा regulated और Department of Telecommunications के अंतर्गत licensed है। गंभीर contractual disputes के लिए unresolved enterprise disputes आगे tdsat.gov.in पर TDSAT के जरिए pursue किए जा सकते हैं।
