Flipkart ने refund initiate किया लेकिन account में नहीं आया?

Flipkart से Refund Reference Number लें और bank को दिखाएँ। Bank 5-7 working days लेता है। अगर 10 दिन बाद भी नहीं आया तो Flipkart से escalate करें और bank से chargeback request करें।

Consumer court में Amazon/Flipkart के खिलाफ case करने में कितना खर्च होता है?

हाँ। Consumer Protection Act 2019 के तहत marketplace platform भी seller की गलती के लिए liable हो सकता है। Platform को आपकी complaint resolve करनी होगी। Platform acknowledge में 48 घंटे और resolve में 30 दिन का समय है।
