Torrent Power Limited distributes electricity in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, Dahej SEZ, Dholera, Bhiwandi, Shil, Mumbra and Kalwa (Maharashtra), Agra (Uttar Pradesh), Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli. For other parts of Gujarat, the relevant distributor is <a href="https://www.complaintmitra.in/en/support-directory/electricity-pgvcl-gujarat-complaint" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">PGVCL</a> (West and South Gujarat).
To file a complaint, call 19129 (24 hours) for Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Email connect.ahd@torrentpower.com with your Service Number (top right corner of your electricity bill), address and description of the issue. For Surat, the email is connect.srt@torrentpower.com. Note the unique complaint number you receive.
Torrent Power is regulated by <a href="https://www.gercin.org" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">GERC (Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission)</a> for Gujarat, and by the respective state regulators for Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. Billing disputes must receive a written response within 15 days.
If unresolved, escalate to the Torrent Power Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF).
