Airtel Digital TV is Bharti Airtel's DTH service providing direct-to-home satellite television across India. Common complaints include: no signal or error codes (B001, B002), recharge amount deducted but channels not activated, selected channel pack not reflecting, set-top box not working, remote not responding, and delayed field technician visits.
To file a complaint, call 12150 from your Airtel DTH registered mobile number (free). From any other phone, call toll-free 1800-103-6065. Email airteldigitaltv@airtel.com with your Airtel DTH Customer ID (printed on your set-top box or bill), address, description of the issue and any error code shown on your TV screen. Complaints can also be raised through the Airtel Thanks app. Note the service request number.
Airtel DTH is regulated by TRAI under the DTH licensing and consumer protection framework. If Airtel DTH does not resolve satisfactorily, escalate to Airtel's Nodal Officer through the Airtel Thanks app or website. Further escalation is to TRAI through <a href="https://sancharsaathi.gov.in" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Sanchar Saathi at sancharsaathi.gov.in</a>.
